I teach Antique Reproduction and SketchUp for the Woodworker at the MDAE. Each semester we pick a museum piece for reproduction. We have about 15 students per semester which is about 10-14 weeks long. We meet once per week for 3 hours in the school’s well-equipped work shop. Each student completes his own reproduction. Example projects are shown on this page. Each project is detail designed in SketchUp and students are emailed a complete design package including full-size templates. |
